Returns & Exchanges
All apparel is made to order and, therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless damaged. Please consult the size charts provided for each item to ensure accurate ordering.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. To be eligible for an replacement, you must email a photo of the damaged item to shop@kiteandkeymedia.com. We will notify you via email if the damaged item replacement was approved or not.
Depending on the damage level, we may process a return shipping label for the customer to mail back the damaged item.
Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it for you. Since apparel is made to order, refunds are unable to be processed. For any questions, please contact us at shop@kiteandkeymedia.com.
